We accept bank transfers - please ask for bank details if you wish to pay by this method. This might be useful for our overseas visitors.
Bookings & Payments E-mail

We offer a choice of payment options but for online bookings, PayPal provides a secure gateway for credit or debit cards.  We never see your financial details and you remain in control of the transaction so there is no danger of later being charged for something that you didn't authorize.

To pay by credit or debit card, enter the number of the invoice we sent to you by email and the amount you wish to pay into the PayPal Checkout at the top of this page. This can be just the deposit or the whole amount - whatever you choose.  In either case receipt of a payment of at least 25% of the invoice value will secure the booking and we shall send you an acknowledgement to that effect.

To pay by cheque, you may print the email invoice we sent to you and return a copy together with your cheque.  We also offer a printable booking form (see below) which some guests prefer. A cheque guarantee card will ensure that your booking is reserved promptly.  Otherwise please allow a few days for the cheque to clear.

To pay by Bank Transfer, please request our bank details - a S.W.I.F.T. code will be required for overseas bank transfers.

Contact us at any time if you experience problems with our website or booking facilities, or if you wish to discuss anything regarding our cottages or your reservation. Your comfort and enjoyment is important to us and we are always happy to help if we can.   

To confirm your booking and/or make a payment, you may go directly to our secure PayPal payment gateway by using the PayPal Checkout at the top of this page. You can pay just a deposit or the entire balance and this will ensure that your booking is confirmed within minutes.

If you prefer to send your confirmation by post together with a cheque for the deposit, you can download and print our Printable Booking Form or quote the number on the invoice we sent to you by email.

Your privacy and security are very important to us and we do not ask for information unless it is necessary for the purpose of booking the accommodation. We will use your contact details only contact you in respect of your booking, to inform you of changes or to return your property to you subsequently. We do not have access to your financial details if you pay by credit or debit card using PayPal so you can feel secure in using this method. You may refuse to give personal information without question although certain information is necessary in order for us to provide you with a service. We DO NOT share any part of your information with anyone else for any purpose. You may opt out of receiving communications from us at any time.
